WHO WE HELP
Who we work with
We are deliberately specific about this because IT support works much better when the provider and client are a good match.
The businesses we suit
Broadly, UK companies of ten to fifty people that run on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace have no internal staff looking after IT and would notice within an hour if their systems stopped.
Most of our clients handle client money, client data or regulated information. Many work across more than one site or in a hybrid pattern.
MANAGED IT SUPPORT FROM
£450 / month
What you pay depends on how many people you have and what needs putting right at the start. A team of fifteen is £1,250 a month on our Core service,
THE SECTORS WE KNOW BEST
Financial and professional advisory
Boutique investment firms, credit risk specialists, and advisory practices where the data is sensitive, compliance is real, and systems must be dependable rather than clever.
Energy and industrial
Consultancies and technology businesses with distributed teams and project-driven work, where people need the same access from a site visit as from the office.
Property, hospitality and development
Businesses working through refurbishments, openings, and brand changes, where IT must keep pace without becoming the bottleneck.
Care and early years
Nurseries, care homes and domiciliary agencies, often across several sites, where the records are sensitive and the staff need systems that work.
Recruitment
Agencies and search firms where the database is the business, the payroll run is a target, and consultants join and leave often enough that the leaver process has to actually work.
We work with businesses outside these as well. These are simply the ones we come across most often, and where we know what tends to come next.
Where we are
We are based in Reigate, and most of our work is remote, so where you are matters less than it used to. We support clients across Surrey, London, and the South East, and we visit when it makes sense, not as a matter of routine.
When we're not the right fit
We would rather say this on a web page than in a first meeting.
We are not the right provider if you want help occasionally when something breaks; we don’t sell blocks of hours. We are not the cheapest, and we are not trying to be. And we are not a good match for a business that would rather not adopt controls like multi-factor authentication, managed devices and a supported operating system, because those are the conditions that make the rest of the service work.
If any of that rules us out, we would genuinely rather you found out now.
