Why a Reigate provider, for a London business
Most of what we do is remote, and has been for years, so the distance matters far less than it used to. We started in Croydon in 2011 and moved out to Reigate in 2018, so London has never been unfamiliar ground. We are twenty-five minutes from Victoria and inside the M25 in half an hour, close enough for the visits that genuinely need a person, and far enough that we are not charging London overheads to cover a London office.
What you should actually be comparing is not postcodes. It is whether the provider runs a standard process or improvises, whether security is included or quoted separately, and whether an enquiry lands somewhere a second person can pick it up.

Microsoft 365 backup held in your own name, awareness training for your staff, and the fifteen-control standard applied to every client without exception.
WHAT IT COSTS
£450 / month minimum
Managed support starts at £450 a month, plus your Microsoft licences, which you buy directly from Microsoft in your own name. What you pay depends on how many people you have and what needs putting right. At the start, a team of fifteen is £1,250 a month on our Core service.
